When you register for NurseNotesPro, we collect your email address and basic profile information to manage your account and subscription. We use secure third-party payment processors (Stripe) and do not store your credit card information directly on our servers.

2. Protected Health Information (PHI) & HIPAA Warning

CRITICAL: NurseNotesPro is an educational tool, not a clinical charting system. It is not HIPAA compliant. Under no circumstances should you ever input real Patient Identifiable Information (PII) or Protected Health Information (PHI) into our generation prompts. Do not use real patient names, dates of birth, facility names, or specific identifying medical records. If you are uploading clinical notes for study conversion, you must completely de-identify and anonymize the text beforehand.

3. How We Use Your Data

The study inputs you provide are processed by our AI partners solely to generate your requested study materials. We do not sell your personal data or your study inputs to third-party data brokers or advertising agencies.
