Welcome to NurseNotesPro. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Educational Use Only

You agree to use NurseNotesPro solely for personal, academic study. You may not sell, redistribute, or white-label the content generated by our platform.

2. Academic Integrity

NurseNotesPro is an educational study aid designed to help users understand complex nursing concepts. It is strictly prohibited to submit AI-generated content produced by this platform as your own original work for academic grading, assignments, or clinical assessments. Users are solely responsible for adhering to their educational institution's academic integrity and plagiarism policies.

3. Acceptable Use & Fair Use Policy (FUP)

To ensure high-quality service for all users and protect our infrastructure from automated abuse, our "Unlimited" generation tiers are subject to a strict Fair Use Policy (FUP):

• "Unlimited" access is defined as unlimited usage for standard, individual, human academic study.
• Accounts are strictly limited to one individual user. Account sharing (e.g., sharing a single login across a study group) is strictly prohibited.
• FUP Limit: To prevent bot abuse, all "Unlimited" tiers are subject to a backend security cap of 200 generations per billing month. If an account hits this threshold, generation capabilities will be temporarily paused.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Refunds

NurseNotesPro offers free and paid subscription tiers. By subscribing, you authorize us (via our payment processor, Stripe) to charge the applicable recurring fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Refund Policy: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. It is the user's sole responsibility to manage their subscription and cancel before the next billing cycle. We do not provide refunds or prorated billing for any initiated or renewed subscription periods. Additionally, we do not offer refunds or rollovers for any unused AI generation credits or unused word-count limits if you cancel or fail to utilize the platform during your active billing cycle. A free tier is provided to evaluate the service prior to purchasing a premium subscription.

5. Limitation of Liability and "As Is" Warranty

The NurseNotesPro service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific academic requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NurseNotesPro and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including academic failure or loss of data—arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NurseNotesPro, its affiliates, and its operators from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or your violation of any third-party rights or academic policies.
